I dont likw the property I have bokeed the hotel theough booking.com but when I reached hotel they asked more charges which is wrong and unethical.

the staff is rude the lady in the reception dont want to listen.

The experience at this hotel was highly disappointing. 1. The staff was agitated even at the simplest of the tasks. They need quite a bit of training, like keeping the towels in the room ( towels were available only when asked for) filling up the empty shampoo and shower gel bottles ( this is a basic requirement which housekeeping staff should look at on a daily basis) 2. There were cockroaches roaming around in the bedroom. The curtains had lipstick marks. Clealiness was a big issue with the hotel. 3. The breakfast food options were quite limited. The food quality was not up to the mark. In dinner, a couple of items were served cold and we had to ask the staff again and again to remove cold items and serve hot items. 4. The pics posted all over the internet, do not match at all with the actual rooms and clealiness levels. The price they are charging is exhobitantly high for the 3rd grade services which were provided. I would not recommend this stay to anyone.

The property was clean, the staff professional, hot water for showering, and very comfortable. Very quiet place and not once did I smell cigarette smoke. Very pleasant ambiance.

The AC went out a few times but there was a fan to compensate. The breakfast rice was dry but they had good coffee. The location was out-of-way fir site seeing but it was also quiet in the evenings.

Charged more than what was on the site. Asked for an extra mattress on the floor for the kids and was told it would be double the price of the room. Negotiated a different price with the hotel manager. Changed hotels after one night.

The hot water supply was time bound. No hot water supply at night even during winter.

Staff was very polite, very helpful specially on reception (In both morning and evening shift). Room was Clean and big. I stayed with my family and they gave us the best room. Food was good. Wifi Amazing connectivity.

Lift landing is few steps above the normal ground level at entrance. No Assistance/ support for handling luggage to room or vice versa.

Staff were cooperative, enough lights, adequately decorated and clean.

I booked an executive tripple room but it was not adequately spacious, no sofa in the room, no geaser, only free channels in tv, however the stay was overall good as I stayed with my family for 2 nights we adjusted. The rent I paid for 2 nights is 5600 according to my opinion it's a little high for this room.

The stay in the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is located in a quiet and clean part of town. The room was spacious. Hot water was running all day. Breakfast and dinner was very good . Food in the restaurant went all day. The hotel staff was helpful and always tried to accommodate. Breakfast was nice. I asked for non onion-garlic stuff which they provided. It was a good gesture. Onion and garlic must not be used in all the meals as there is a good number of people not consuming these stuffs.

Huge rate. ND THEY DONT HAVE GENERATOR FOR AC. IN SUCH A HOT WEATHER YOU HAVE TO BE SATISFIED WITH FAN ONLY BY PAYING FOR AC ALSO. DURING MY STAY ELECTRICITY WAS OFF FOR 5 HOURS. THEY DENIED OF GENERATOR. THEY HAVE ONLY INVERTERS FOR FAN AND LIGHTS ONLY. SUCH A HUGE DEMERITS.

For every work we had to call them many times and the service was done very late. They had also not provided all facilities like bottles of water.
